Back to work means less time to be in the kitchen and more prep meals for the win🔔

I have created a 4-ingredient recipe that can be done in less than 10 minutes.
.
Say goodbye to those processed cereal bars full of sugar and many other unnecessary chemicals and preservatives🤮 
.
Ingredients as follow📝
.
- 3 Tbsp of any butter (I used 🥜)
- 3 Tbsp of 🍯 or any other sweetener (agave, maple syrup) 
- 2 Cups of corn flakes (no sugar added) 🥣
- 1 Cup of chopped unsalted mixed nuts
- Cinnamon and a pinch of salt to taste.

Cooking method 🍳
.
1.- Put the butter and sweetener of your choice in a pan and melt them for a couple of minutes in low heat. Turn off the heat once finished.
.
2.- In the meantime, mix the remaining (dry) ingredients in a bowl
.
3.- Add the dry ingredients into the pan and stir until completely coated.
.
4.- Put some baking paper on a baking pan.
.
5.- Pour the mix into the baking pan, press firmly, and refrigerate for a couple of hours (I personally prefer to live it overnight).
.

- 1 cup of whole rolled oats
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
- 1/3 cup of liquid white eggs or 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp of flour (I used almond flour)
- Pinch of Baking powder
- Spices to taste (I used garlic, dill, salt & pepper)

Bake for 20min at 170°C until brown👩‍🍳
